Great location very close to the ski lifts, though no direct ski-in access. The room was spacious and well designed, with a separate makeup area.
The spa facilities were a bit disappointing — the sauna is small, and the steam room didn’t work properly. Breakfast was inconsistent, with varying portion sizes and quality for the same dishes.

Not our style of hotel. It was too dark and rooms were small with low ceilings…it felt a bit claustrophobic. It did not meet our standards for a luxury class hotel especially for an SLH property. When we checked in …we were given a tiny room at end of hotel. Not sure why as we had booked deluxe room. As if staff thought we would automatically take this cramped room. We pointed out this room was unacceptable and we were finally given a room that was ok. Not sure why we had to go through this process of trying to find suitable room. We were told that all rooms were taken already of the type booked…then upgrade us to a better room don’t push towards a room downgrade. Overall staff is fine but check-in was unpleasant due to room offered. It seemed disrespectful . Unfortunately overall not happy about our stay.
