Accueil exceptionnel par toute l'équipe, et sourires toujours présents malgré le fait que l'hôtel vienne d'ouvrir après rénovation, et que c'est encore une période de rodage! Les chambres sont belles et très bien rénovées, le spa magnifique avec des jets originaux, de la tête aux pieds! L'emplacement face à la mer et à 3mn à pieds de la plage de Gatseau reste bien sûr exceptionnel. Le buffet du petit déjeuner (à 32 euros) est particulièrement généreux, avec fruits, viennoiseries, saumon fumé...et huitres à volonté!

En raison de l'ouverture très récente, l'accueil a été un peu long le premier jour, le personnel pas toujours à l'aise avec les tablettes et l'aspect administratif. Pour le petit déjeuner, le fait de servir à table le thé et le café n'est pas désagréable mais ces boissons chaudes arrivent un peu tardivement, mais cela va sans doute s'arranger!
