Relaxing hotel. easy access to Vannes
Room was excellent - even had a balcony. Restaurant very good and enjoyed a nice bottle of wine in the area reserved for tasting. Pleasant walk along the river estuary into Vannes

Paid for Comfort Double Room - Received Ground-Floor
Staff, bathroom, spacious room and parking were good. The breakfast was also good quality, although at a significant extra cost of €17 VAT included.
I booked and paid for a "Comfort Double Room" category room but I was assigned a ground-floor room directly overlooking the car park, without privacy (see attached photo). From this point of view, it was qualitatively identical to a "Standard-Economy" room for a 3-star hotel. A quick look at the history for "solo" travelers shows I am "not the first" to complain about this specific issue quickly followed by a cluster of perfect 10/10 scores. A very less important detail: a small stool instead of a proper bedside table.

Well laid out. Our bedroom was fine and the restaurant excellent jean did enjoy the restaurant but not the food (a bad menu choice)

No air conditioning which is important id hot and on the ground floor. The staff very kindly changed our room and much improved with windows open at night
