Résidence Pierre & Vacances Les Bergers

The location was perfect, in walking distance to everything we needed. Mini golf, pool and spa were free, included in the reservation. The kids loved it! The apartment was clean, with an excellent view. The staff were all friendly, right throughout the stay.

The couch was a bit uncomfortable to sleep on as it squeaked every time my husband turned. Some of our cutlery was dirty, but I cleaned it and got on with a fab holiday!

Bar area was small and cold. Based in reception with no room or atmosphere. There was room to move into the restaurant area near the fire though

No real complaints but one bedroom had no window so became very hot

Great location, very convenient for exploring the area. The restaurant in the building is excellent — really delicious food. Special thanks for the sauna and the pool — they were almost always empty, which made it perfect to relax.

Unfortunately, my experience was not very positive. During my stay, there was no hot water in the room for 4 days. Imagine staying with two children in winter, with lots of sports clothes, and not being able to take a shower, wash the kids, or even do the dishes — it was extremely uncomfortable. At first, the staff tried to make up for the situation and promised a partial refund as compensation. However, two months have passed and I still haven’t received anything. That made the experience even more disappointing. Another downside was the room itself — it was very small, essentially a long narrow space with beds, a kitchen, and a sofa.
