Position perfect, except there are clearly issues with drains in La Flotte and hotel was near to the sea and did smell at times. The breakfast was adequate and the room clean.
There is nowhere to sit outside, there are no public rooms apart from the breakfast room, closed except 8-1030 am. The hotel is quiet, no air con but an excellent fan.
