-Tolle Gastgeberin, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit
-Super Lage für Ausflüge
-Hochschwarzwald Card mit vielen kostenlosen Aktivitäten inklusive
-Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, Abendessen im Restaurant ebenfalls sehr lecker
-Saubere Zimmer und gepflegtes Haus

Lorsque j'ai réservé via Booking, le restaurant était indiqué ouvert sur le site mais c'était un bug. Cependant, lorsque j'ai reçu le mail de l'établissement, celui-ci m'a indiqué que le restaurant était fermé et que le seul à proximité était également fermé pour les vacances. Ne souhaitant pas reprendre mon véhicule pour le souper et le dernier bus rentrant à 19h15 (l'hôtel est isolé), la responsable m'a proposé d'annuler la réservation, ce que j'ai fait. Je la remercie pour sa compréhension de la situation.

Freundliches Personal, Probleme wurden umgehend beseitigt.
Alles war sauber und ordentlich.
Hilfsbereit und Auskunftsfreudig.
Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Leider lag das Haus an der Passstrasse und wer einen leichten Schlaf hat kommt schlecht zur Ruhe.
Frühstück war OK.
