Nice sized room and bathroom

The cup handles, I can't fit my fingers through the hole and they are thick and heavy..

Beautiful old main historic building and great location. Room was clean and spacious.

We booked a king room with a views of Hobart and surrounds, supposedly at the front of the building. We got a room in the back building with a views of a brick wall, looking into another room. We raised this with the staff at reception, and it appeared as though he was going to move us, but then asked if we had used the bathroom. I told him that we had used the bathroom and because of this, the room could not be given to anyone else. After calling the manager on the phone to clarify he told us that in future we need to request a view and they are not always available. I argued that we actually chose and booked a king room with a view so we should not need to “request” a view. He then offered us a complimentary breakfast instead, which was a nice gesture but still disappointing that he did not understand that we should not have to request something that we had already chosen and booked. The “king” bed was also just 2 single bed joined, that ended up slowly coming apart due to not being fixed properly. Also Netflix would not work on the tv despite being connected to the network.
