The Restaraunt toilet was not clean

Location, room, food, staff.

Not hotel's fault ... but the seagulls were a bit loud . Seem to have moved onto the roof by the poo marks .

Restaurant and food spot on, really lovely service and great meals. Bed was really comfortable and clean.

Really hot top floor accommodation, windows would only open a few inches and seagulls were nesting right outside our window which was noisy first thing in the early morning. Sleeping was nearly impossible but we understood that all the pressures were not within the hotels control, except buying portable AC units for each room.

The location and the food is excellent.

Bed was uncomfortable, like someone put extra padding on an old Mattress; pillows were overstuffed and uncomfortable. The room was very hot and the heavy comforter made for an uncomfortable night-even with the window open all night. There was a huge damp spot on the ceiling, with a fist-sized spot of black mold in the middle. When the person above our room took a shower, water started dripping profusely through the ceiling. Reception was unmanned at the time and nobody was picking up the phone. We cleaned the mold with antiseptic wipes and taped a huge wad of toilet paper to the ceiling, to at least stop the dripping onto the carpet. It held until morning, when we informed the staff. They claimed not to know anything about it, but when we entered the room, the window was open and a fan facing the direction of the mold was on full blast. Also, they could not get us out of there fast enough, so I am pretty sure they rented the room (#2) out again- despite serious health hazard. They did, however, give us a 30% discount and comped us 6 bottles of water. The Wifi reception was terrible. I would definitely eat there again, but sleep somewhere else.
