Great location in centre of town, with a gorgeous bar to enjoy the sunset. Very helpful and happy staff. We had a room upgrade.

The room was spacious and clean and comfortable. The views from the balcony are spectacular. The receptionist was really helpful. Cauterets is a very pretty town and has plenty of choice of bars and restaurants. You can drop off your bags directly outside the hotel and there is free parking nearby. The nearby Lac de Gaube is definitely worth a visit.

The location was great, easy to get around, and later in the afternoon, it was nice to have a drink on the terrace.
The staff are very friendly, and the breakfast and all the products were from the local area
