The staff were nice and friendly. The dining hall was clean, and the food was good. The pool is well maintained, and the water is clean. There is free parking located under the hotel, which is very convenient.
The room (suite) was okay. The location is good — not too far and not too close to the main attractions such as the malls and beaches.
The pillows could be more comfortable.
The bathtub wasn't spacious enough.
The corridors could have been cleaner.

We loved the suite. Very well-planned with all amenities.
The Friday night meal was quite tasty, but the dining-room was a chaotic ocean of racing and shouting kids making it impossible to enjoy a quiet meal.
