The owners and staff were all amazing and made us feel like visitors to their home while at the same time, allowing us also to be in a hotel. Unobtrusive yet attentive, interested and always happy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Everything. Great room, great view, very welcoming staff and owner. Nothing was too much trouble, the staff had a greta pride in the property and in making sure the guests had the best possible experience.

Beautifully decorated hotel and rooms. Lush gardens. Lovely outdoor space for breakfast and the evening boma dinners. Mark and Adele and their team made you feel like you were staying with friends rather than a hotel.
Slightly awkward to have to walk past other guests in their garden room to get to ours. Separate access to each garden room from the pool terrace would be a great alteration for the future. But that’s only a minor point.
