Blue Island Luxury Apartment

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la décoration et l’ameublement qui sont de très bonne qualité. La grande terrasse ombragée avec la vue mer (superbe coucher de soleil) et les chaises longues sont très agréables et propices à la détente. Notre hôtesse a répondu très rapidement à nos questions. La localisation est parfaite : à 10 mn de la canée en voiture et à quelques minutes des plages (4 à proximité : stationnement facile en juillet). Il y avait aussi quelques produits, huile, vinaigre, sucre, lessive .., ce qui est très appréciable.

Nous aurions pu avoir un peu plus de vaisselle mais heureusement il y a un lave vaisselle !

The property was clean, walking distance to the grocery stores, bakery and 3 beaches.

The one time we called for a taxi to go to the old town of Chania, the taxi never showed up as I believe the driver didn’t know where to go.

The apartment is beautifully furnished and there is a stunning view from the outdoor seating area, especially at sunset. We loved making use of the sun loungers and BBQ, and enjoyed the 40 min+ walk into Chania mostly along the beach front. The air con was really good and a welcome relief! Roula was always on hand for any questions both before and during our stay and was really helpful meeting us nearby and then guiding us to the apartment upon arrival so that we could park our hire car on the correct side of the property rather than what Google Maps instructs. Roula provided a cleaning service mid-way through our stay which helped keep the apartment clean and comfortable.

We didn't realise until we arrived that the bed is 2 singles pushed together, so it wasn't as comfortable as a double for 2 people.

honestly if I could give this place a 100 stars I would! it is stunning, so clean and minimal but homely at the same time….the view is sensational and there is a bbq and facilities to enjoy on an evening kitchen equipped with everything you need! the living space is fab if you just want to stay in and watch Netflix or you want some down time! Roula is amazing, so attentive and you can tell she just really cares about you, you’re completely left alone unless you need anything but she will reply in minutes if you do. one of the best places I’ve stayed. really private but 30 minute walk into Chania old town which is also just stunning. we will 100% be back xxxx
