Apartment is clean, spacious, cool and has all essentials you require. You need a car to get around but have private parking space which is very convenient. Village of Biot is very interesting and only 5 mins from apartment. Nice is 20 mins away and can use the park and ride on A8 to access the city by tram for just 5 euros per person ( strongly recommend). Only one problem with property is that there are a lot of mosquitos around due to it being in a wooded area. Just make sure to bring plenty of repellant to wear if outside at dusk and you will be fine. Marianne is lovely host who lives next door and gives you full privacy throughout your stay.

L'appartement était conforme en tout point à l'annonce. Calme, dans la verdure, à 1km de Biot, propre, avec la clim, des matelas de bonne qualité, le Wi-Fi, et la TV sat. Mme Barthélémy est une personne discrète, respectueuse, à l'écoute et était toujours là au bon moment. De plus, elle nous a orienté pour des activités, notamment grâce à des prospectus glanés ça et là qui étaient à notre disposition. Avec 2 enfants et la mer, la machine à laver fut un plus fort appréciable. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la terrasse du dehors car malgré les rouleaux anti-moustiques à brûler que Mme Barthélémy nous a fourni, les moustiques tigres s'en sont donnés à coeur joie le premier soir. Heureusement, pas un moustique n'est entré durant notre séjour, grâce aux moustiquaires, et à notre vigilance. Les mardis, une visite gratuite de Biot est organisée par l'office du tourisme. Elle dure 2 heures et vous plongera dans l'histoire, notamment au temps des Croisades. A ne pas manquer ! Le village des fous est aussi une activité incontournable si vous avez des enfants. Je recommande donc hautement cette location.

a little bit difficult to find (you should drive the "cul de sac" nearly to it's end!), you arrive in a well equipped, clean and modern appartment. Because one of us was nearly 2 m tall, the owner measured the beds in advance and gave us a prolongation for the bed. Towels etc included In the kitchen you find everything you need for cooking. The coffee machine runs with capsules! The owner was helpful, but never disturbed. All in all we were contempt and would return. Merci beaucoup Madame! Herbert from Germany

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 10 al 19 luglio 2021. L'abitazione corrisponde pienamente alle fotografie e descrizione nel annuncio. Dentro c'è tutto per sentirsi come a casa propria ed è tutto funzionante e ben distribuito. Un velocissimo check-in all'arrivo, un'ottima pulizia, sufficiente spazio sia all'interno che all'aperto : sia sul balcone lato cucina che nel giardinetto con il grill ben funzionante che abbiamo utilizzato parecchie volte. La posizione dell'abitazione si presta sia per le passeggiate nella natura che per le visite in città (Biot si trova a 1 km di distanza), sia andare al acquapark, che al mare. Unica pecca, la strada verso Biot non ha il marciapiede su alcuni tratti di strada e puo' risultare un po pericolosa per le famiglie con i bambini piccoli. Noi abbiamo fatto questo percorso praticamente ogni giorno. Per i spostamenti ci vuole una macchina, ma il silenzio e la frescura che regala la posizione incantevole ne valeva la pena. é stato un soggiorno fantastico! Grazie mille

Logement très fonctionnel et très propre situé dans les hauteurs de Biot au beau milieu de la verdure et du calme. Nous sommes 5 jeunes, arrivés tard dans la soirée à cause d’un problème à l’issue de nos vacances. La propriétaire a été très arrangeante. L’appartement/maison est très spacieux et tout y est pour passer un bon séjour. La climatisation est un réel plus tout comme les deux terrasses très agréables. Merci à vous pour l’accueil et la découverte de ce bel appartement que nous conseillons!

Absolut sauberes und schönes Haus. Im Schlafzimmer der beiden Einzelbetten hätten wir gerne einen Haken zum Aufhängen von Kleidung gehabt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt nichts was man an Haushalt bräuchte. Die Lage des Hauses ist hervorragend für Besuche in mehreren schönen Dörfern in der Nähe. Frau Barthélémy heißt sie willkommen

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet und im Schlafzimmer ist ein sehr geräumiger Wandschrank. Die Kühl-Gefrierkombination ist überdurchschnittlich groß und sehr leise. Einziges kleines Manko ist ein fehlendes Handwaschbecken auf der Toilette. Uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen.

Appartement tout confort, conforme à la description et joliment aménagé. Terrasses et parking, barbecue, machine à laver, ...tout pour se sentir chez soi. Le plus, le propriétaire nous avait mis à disposition un lit bébé, chaise haute, tapis de bain et jouets pour notre fille d'1 an. Merci ! Propriétaire très sympathique et discret.

Wir verbrachten mit 5 Personen eine wunderschöne Woche. Das Appartement liegt ca 1km außerhalb von Biot und ist, da es keine Fussgengerwege gibt, nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen ( was uns aber bewusst war ) . Die Ferienwohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht . ( Wie auch sehr gut auf den Bildern zu sehen ist ) Sogar ein Gasgrill steht zu Verfügung den wir auch gerne benutzt haben. Einen eigenen Stellplatz für's Auto gibt es direkt am Haus was das Be- und Entladen erheblich erleichtert. Alles in allem verbrachten wir eine sehr erholsame Woche bei Famiele Barthélémy die uns sehr nett begrüsst hat Merci pour tout !! A recommandé!!
