Fully independent air-conditioned apartment of 85 m2 on the ground floor of a quiet villa facing south. Clear and panoramic view, located near the sea (4 km).
Very pleasant living room of 45m2 with new fully equipped American kitchen.
2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 1 dressing room, lawn terrace, garden furniture, boules court.
Easy and closed parking in front of the accommodation.
10 minutes walk from the village of Biot.

Within 5 min by car: Marineland (marine zoo), Antibes land (fun fair), Kids Island (farm animals and attractions ideal for children), Aquasplash (largest water park in the Alpes Maritimes), Mini golf , THALAZUR Thalasso Center, Biot Golf, Beach with nautical complex, disco, casino, restaurants.

Die Wohnung liegt in den Hügeln mit einem tollen Ausblick über die gegenüberliegenden Hügel. Auf der Terrasse mit kleinem Garten kann man sich gut erholen. Die Wohnung selbst ist wie beschrieben, besonders hervorzuheben sind die 2 tollen Badezimmer. Der nette Gastgeber wohnt im selben Haus und war immer hilfsbereit. Die Fahrt zur Wohnung ist relativ steil, der Besuch im Dorf ist daher mit dem Auto zu empfehlen und nicht zu Fuß. Supermarkt und Strand sind innerhalb von ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Ausflüge nach Cannes, Nizza oder auch Monaco sind mit dem Auto problemlos.
