The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Not enought guests because of the season, the noise from the train to close to the hotel.

The breakfast was continental- great espresso!
Friendly staff. Beautiful view of the Sea! Spacious room and comfortable bed. The small lobby bar was convenient.
We didn’t know how to turn the air conditioner on so the first night we were not comfortable. The toilet leaked so the floor in the bathroom was wet around the toilet even though it looked like efforts have been made to repair it. When we first opened the door it smelled mildewy
The place is a bit dated. The chairs in the room could use newer fabric.

La modalità in cui è stato gestito un grave disservizio (assenza di acqua calda per due giorni) non ci è piaciuta proprio. La proprietà/gestore c’è sembrato indifferente alla problematica: non ci ha avvisato prima dell’arrivo (tramite la piattaforma riteniamo che avrebbe potuto farlo) e non ha proposto alcuna soluzione alternativa o adeguato rimborso per i disagi subiti. La quota è stata pagata per intero compresa la tassa di soggiorno.
