śniadanko lepiej niż typowo po włosku kawa i rogalik, znalazła się i wędlina i ser i jogurt - to dla nie-Włocha ważne, parkowanie tuż pod obiektem, blisko sklepy, piekarnia/cukiernia na parterze - codzienny poranny zapach wypieków, blisko plaża - 3 min. pomimo lokalizacji tuż przy ulicy było dość zacisznie bardziej niż się spodziewałem - to miłe zaskoczenie. codzienne sprzątanie
