About this villa rental
Beach Villa I is the west of two seafront, modern 4-bedroom villas each with a private pool, only 30 meters away from the lovely mixed sandy and shingle beach of Tavronitis, 25 km west of the picturesque town of Chania. The Villa offers a lovely courtyard with a private pool, a ping-pong, a barbecue corner and gorgeous sea views.
Beach Villa I offer modern decoration and all contemporary amenities. Our guests can enjoy one open plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with two bunk-beds and a common bathroom with washing machine on the ground floor. Two bedrooms with one double bed and one en-suite bathroom each, as well as one bedroom with two bunk-beds are provided on the upper floor.
Air-condition, wireless internet, bed linen, bathroom towels and full cleaning every 3/4 days are included in the price.

The property is very nice and spacious. It has a beautiful view of the sea and a great pool. Although the place has 4 bedrooms, two have bunk beds which are much more suitable for children…and definitely not couples. Since we travelled with our 3 children, the bunk beds were not an issue.
Although the beach is within walking distance we drove to beaches (Elafonisi and Falasarna) with sand instead of rocks. The location is also good if you want to drive to Kissomos or Chania. We loved going to both places.

Das Mietobjekt befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand. Der Pool ist fantastisch und die Terrasse sowie der Garten sehr weitläufig. Durch die fehlende Umzäunung hat man freien Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer. Für die angegebene maximale Belegung von 8 Personen ist das Objekt aber zu klein, außer es sind 4 Kinder enthalten.
Die Ausstattung der Bäder und der 4 Stockbetten entspricht nicht dem hohen Preis. Dadurch passt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis trotz der guten Lage nicht.

Villa is as depicted in the ads. Beautiful property in a quiet area. Lots of nice restaurants in the area with easy access to beaches and Chania. Will return.

Villa is new and so modern but does have a few interesting features as its obviously not ever been lived in and built as a rental. The owner and agent couldn't have been more attentive or helpful for the few things when needed from them, they were excellent. We went just out of season and it is very windy as quite exposed out on its own, when the sun is not out it is cold because of this, it is also about 150 from the sea over a stony beach which isn't easy yo tell from the picture. The sand near the villa is unusable and full of rubbish and sharp plants which was disappointing for children the pool is also unheated and really deep with only a ladder in the middle to get in and out.
Out of season there are no restaurants or supermarket within reasonable walking distance, some restaurants were just starting to open for the season as we left (end of May) so food was a little hard work if you want to eat out, although the owners restaurant 10 minutes down the road does do delivery. You definitely need a car to stay at this villa.
This is really a summer villa for adults imo, lovely but not really suitable for children or even mildly colder weather.
