The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests in beds and sofa beds (maximum 8 adults). 1 more guest may be accommodated on an extra folding bed placed in a bedroom (upon request).

Ground floor: Open plan kitchen. Open living room area together with dining table, open fireplace sofa group. 1 bed room with 2 singles bed and hydro massage shower and 1 bed room with a double bed and hydro massage bath. One guest toilet. Staircase

Lower ground floor: 1 bed room with double bed and sofa bed, open fireplace and bathroom with hydro massage. 1 bed room with 2 single beds and a sofa bed, bath with hydro massage.

Outside: Covered barbecue area, Swimming pool (8mx5m), Children's pool, Drive way with parking area, 2 level garden

Passing through the portal of the main entrances of the villa you enter the open landscaped living room with the L shaped kitchen.

On the right hand is the modern kitchen made in wood, the colors machining the spears in the roof and with the beautiful lighting above it gives the room a nice and warm atmosphere, the kitchen ensued fridge, freezer, ceramic hob oven and microwave and dishwasher.

Next to the dining table with chairs for 10 is the living room with the spectacular view over the sea and mountain, from there in one of the 2 sofas or a comfortable armchair you can follow all the scenery and lightning of the day. It isn't seldom to see a vulture flying over the hill. In the living room, you also have the plasma TV 32", DVD player and stereo CD player, in the corner a big open fireplace.

On this floor, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with 2 single beds and a bathroom with hydromassage shower. The other with a double bed, with a hydromassage bath, TV and DVD player's.

Private balconies from were you can also enjoy the sunrise, or a peace full moment. Beside the staircase is the guest toilet.

Going down the stairs coming to the lower floor you have 2 big bed rooms, 1 with a double bed and a sofa bed to make a special atmosphere in the cold winter there is a fireplace in the corner, and the bath room is with hydro massage.

1 bed room with 2 single beds and a sofa bed en sued a bathroom with hydro massage bath. From the bed rooms the sliding doors leads you to the terrace and the surrounding of the garden. Beside the staircase is the washing machine and ironing board.

The Aera of Polemachi - Tavronitis

30km west of Chania, the village of Tavronitis stands at the point where the north coast road sends an exploratory spur wriggling southwards over the mountains to Paleochora.

Tourism still remains pretty low key and the village retains an authentic ambience with very friendly shopkeepers, delighted to have the opportunity to practice there English, to have the chance to hear about other peoples lifestyle or tell about there own.

In the village of Tavronitis you will find a couple of convenient mini-markets, there are a butcher's, a bakery, and a patisserie.

If you go down by the sea are 3-4 tavern's strung along the pebbly shore line which stretches some 10 km around the bay to Kolymbari notable for its mouth watering choice of harbour side fish tavern's, a larger super market and 3 banks all with ATM.

For fresh fruit, vegetables and local atmosphere visit the Saturday market in Voukoulies, 7 km inland.
