The staff was very polite and helpful! Everything was very clean and modern!
The size of the room was not very big and the bed and tv was in a awkward position difficult to walk around the bed had to keep climbing over the bed to get to the other side of the room and tv was in corner blocked by curtens that often blocked the viewing of the tv in the evening. Room needs minor adjustments to layout of bed position and tv apart from this everything was great!

The rooms are too hot!!! It is near impossible to sleep comfortably in the overly hot rooms, the windows do not allow enough air in to cool them sufficiently, and if you are a light sleeper and you leave them open there is lots of noise around the hotel, the late night revellers, and then early mornings, with services like bottle bank emptying etc, not to mention the 8 O'clock bells (we work late when visiting) by the churches, which would be fine, if it wasn't followed by a forever ringing bell that feels more like an Air raid warning!! But apart from that its a great hotel. Needs a Sauna installing too!

Location is really good. It is in the city center. Rooms were clean.
The room size was absolutely worse for the price we paid. I stayed here last year too for Denmark open, I remembered the rooms to be bigger and that's why I booked again. And the breakfast sucks. But the problem is, this is only one of the few good hotel options in Odense which gives them to treat the guests this poorly and still charge a high price.
