The room was huge for the 2 of us, and very luxurious: a full sized sofa and coffee table and a huge shower room with massage jets. The rooms are motel-style, in separate buildings from reception and bar. The breakfast has a really great selection with everything from chia-seed pudding to pancakes and maple syrup, many varieties of tea and fresh fruit, bread and pastries, lots of jams, yoghurt, sausage and eggs, cheese and cold meats, salad, fresh smoothie and juices, etc.
The restaurant dinner service was very bad - there was an event on and we were sat at a table for an hour before our food arrived. It was over-priced and mediocre dinner. The hotel itself was a bit dated, and feels geared to business people with cars - you have to walk through the carpark to get to the main building.

I would not classify this as a hotel, it is a motel. Several buildings with different entrances and our room was on first floor with windows looking at street and cars parking directly at you and where people were walking by and we could not have privacy. I would consider it as false advertising to call it a 4 star hotel
