The apartment is only a 10 min walk to the beach, part of a private condominium, 24h receptionist, private parking and swimming pool.
Since August 6th it has been completely renovated (floor, walls, bathroom tiles, doors, taps, lavatories, toilets, bathtubs, pipes, electricity system, floor tiles).
There are many shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and boutique shops, all within a walking distance.
The apartment has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room with comfortable sofa which has 2 individual beds, and a balcony with fantastic sea / mountain view.
The kitchen has a modern oven, electric hob, microwave oven, a fridge with freeze and exhaust fan.
The apartment has 2 modern bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower. The bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe with mirror doors.
The beach is 100 steps down from the apartment, full with water-sports activities, cafes and restaurants as well as the Sea-Life Aquarium.
Rated amongst the best in the world, is the Benalmadena Puerto Marina, one of the Costa del Sol's busiest centers by day and night. For the energetic, the nightlife carries on in sophisticated bars and clubs.
If you want to visit nearby locations, there is Torremolinos (only 5km), the vibrant city of Malaga (20km) and Marbella (40km).

Our flight was delayed a couple of hours so we arrived early hours in the morning. Joao was extremely helpful and accommodating even when we were a bit lost at 2am!! This gorgeous apartment is in an excellent location, with fantastic views. Highly recommended.

João was a great host, always very friendly and quick to respond to any queries. As for the apartment, it has been completely refurbished and with excellent decoration. Appliances are modern. Being an apartment on the top floor, it has an incredible views for the mountains and it is also possible to see the sea. Excellent Smart TV with a large size, great for watching my Netflix movies and series. The internet is quite fast, a very important factor for me as I work from home and I make a lot of video calls. The location is great close to supermarkets, shops, restaurants and cafes. I will definitely come back to spend more time!
