Rent apartment of 40m2 for 6 people with a magnificent view of the valley.
Access from Bourg St Maurice (TGV station) by funicular to Arc 1600 and free shuttle.
Quiet family residence with swimming pool in summer. Located 200m from the slopes, the Transarc, crates packages and shops. Possibility of starting ski at the foot in front of the residence for the chairlift Jardin Alpin. Ski locker heated and ventilated in the building.

Corridor with cupboard / wardrobe.
Functional and equipped kitchen (microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, induction hob, crockery ...) open on a large sunny living room with sofa bed "rapido": true mattress 145X200 (opening / closing fast) , Flat screen TV.
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, with wardrobe and French window to balcony.
Bedroom 2: 2 bunk beds of 80 with window and storage (the top bed is not suitable for a child under 6 years old).
1 bathroom with bath, sink, towel radiator, storage. ;
1 shower room with sink, toilet, shelves, towel dryer.
Balcony with open view and not overlooked south west facing, table and chairs.
Notes:
-no smoking, no dogs allowed
-the entrance of the building is done with an electromagnetic key
-parking outside in front of the building, covered parking at 200m
