Close to the city center, very very clean . Big bathroom in my single bed room
A kitchenette was available ( 2 sinks, 2 fridges, pots, cutlery...)

Location was perfect, 5 minutes from city center and 15 minutes walk from train station. Room was small, but more is not needed for a short stay, and it was clean. Bathroom was great, also very clean. There is private parking in the backyard which is great, and cars are always in the shade. The room has air condition which was great because it can become very hot in the attic.
Even though the room was clean there was some spider net in the room, and there is no net on windows to prevent bugs to come in.

Very close to restaurants, historical buildings, cultural and art exhibitions. Room had air conditioning which was wonderful with temp inside 30s. Good shower. Comfortable bed. Very quiet.
I was in attic and steps were quite awkward especially carrying a suitcase.

Quite good except for a couple of things.
The main problem was construction work being done in the hotel without notice every day even sunday which made it impossible to get some rest.
