The location and the room was big.
After reaching there, the receptionist couldn’t find my reservation. It turned out that they had registered two different profiles on Booking.com, both for RTS Hotel. The person at the reception said they don’t accept bookings from the profile I used, but they could offer me a room—at double the price listed on Booking.com.
With my big luggage and limited time, I had no choice but to take the room. However, the quality of the room was not up to the mark, especially considering the price. Compared to other hotels in the same price range, it was quite disappointing. This was the first time I faced such an issue with Booking.com.
