Hotel HSP Suites - Near IGI Airport, New Delhi

I had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The location is excellent, with easy accessibility to the main highway as well as the airport, making travel extremely convenient. The property is well-maintained, clean, and provides a very comfortable stay. What truly stood out was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and always willing to help. A special mention to the 24/7 reception team, who responded promptly to every call and ensured all requests were handled efficiently. The room service was also impressive and added to the overall comfort of the stay. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free experience. I would like to mention a few maintenance concerns regarding the property. The water heater switch is broken, which is very risky and a serious safety concern. Additionally, the AC flap is broken, causing unusual noise, and the airflow is excessively strong. The property requires proper maintenance work to address these issues.

Clean, comfortable, welcoming, home from home. Raj the owner will do anything in his power to make your stay the best. Fantastic value. You will not want to leave ever. Location also good once I found it. Nice friendly area close to everything.
