With lush gardens, shady lawns and generous communal areas, it’s ideal for extended families, multi-generational groups and friends travelling together.

- Upstairs: 2 × Queen loft-style bedrooms, plus 2 x singles available by arrangement. Internal balconies with full-height plantation shutters
2) The Cottage — Romantic Charm with Luxe Touches
Full of character with exposed beams, brickwork and warm styling.
- 2 × King bedrooms downstairs
- 2 bathrooms (showers, no bathtubs)
- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher
- Dining for 8 (+2 at bench)
- Comfortable living area with 2 sofas (seats 5)
- Upstairs: 1 × Queen bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
- Fold-out mattress for a child available on request

We stayed in all three houses over Easter, we were a large group, travelling with my parents and siblings and all our partners and kids! Rachel was a fabulous host, she provided great information about the house and what to do on Kangaroo Island, she was in contact via email and phone before and during the stay. The house(s) are located a short drive from Kingscote. The property has lovely gardens and the houses were all immaculate. All of our group commented that the beds were particularly comfortable.
Would definitely recommend and would stay again should we return to Kangaroo Island!

I booked this lovely property with a group of friends to celebrate a milestone birthday and attend the KI marathon festival. Rachel was a fantastic host and made some excellent recommendations for local eateries and activities.

Perfect property for a large group with enough room to get all together while still having your own personal space when needed.
Lovely short walk to the beach for the morning exercise and only a short drive into Kingscote for meals & supplies. Rachel was amazingly helpful with recommendations and our travelling itinerary and we would absolutely recommend this stunning property to anyone who wishes to visit the beautiful Kangaroo Island!

We couldn’t have asked for a more gorgeous, luxurious and spacious stay. Rachel was absolutely amazing in helping us organise and prepare for 5 families with children ranging from 13 to 6 months and each room was perfectly prepared for each family/group.
We will all be back to stay in this beautiful location again soon!
