Tolle schöne Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, Parkplatz in der Garage gegenüber
Rezeption in der Früh nicht besetzt, Damen vom Frühstück meinten, dass die Chefin noch schläft und man einfach nur den Schlüssel hinterlegen müsste—> Übernachtungstaxe müsste dann nachgezahlt werden—> unnötig wenn Personal (Rezeption) Vorort da wäre

Personal sehr freundlich Zimmer neu renoviert (großer Balkon) und sehr schön
Frühstück in Ordnung (Auswahl überschaubar, keine Beschriftung, keine Alternativprodukte, Personal verstand leider nicht ausreichend Deutsch, um Fragen zu beantworten) Baustelle um das Haus aktuell noch in Gange Wenig Aufenthaltsbereiche Wellness-Bereich wird wenig kontrolliert (Funktionsfähigkeit, Handtücher)

They did not give us a 'mountain view' room as promised and also, when we arrived, there were no toiletries in the room and the staff didn't do anything about it despite pointing it out. The staff was rude and they said that we arrived late, which is so bizarre.
