A localização é sensacional.
Adoramos a recepção dos funcionários, atenção, cuidado para que nossa estadia fosse perfeita.
A Alessandra foi maravilhosa, super humana e me ajudou a me sentir segura e confiante. Sem palavras para agradecer.
Não é que eu não tenha gostado, mas senti falta de luz forte no banheiro para me maquiar. (Para formatura da minha filha). Só!

Cordialidade dos funcionários,principalmente DNA Alexandra e Sr Douglas

Localização.
Limpeza e higiene
Não encontraram minha reserva, feita pelo app.
Como não fiz nem uma observação, me colocaram em um quarto onde a cama era extremamente mole.
Tive que solicitar substituição de quarto.
Carência de estacionamento.
