Beautiful, cosy terraced house "San Pietro Green". In a quiet, sunny position, 150 m from the sea. Private: garden 200 m2 (fenced). Outdoor shower, parking at the house. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant, bar 100 m, bus stop 5 km, sandy beach "San Pietro a Mare" 150 m. Nearby attractions: Isola Rossa 17 km, Costa Paradiso 27 km, Stintino 75 km. Please note: car recommended. The house is in a pine forest, BBQ not permitted.

Angenehmes Ferienhaus.
Die Lage ist sehr gut, bis zum kilometerlangen Strand braucht man 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Haus liegt in einer kleinen Ferienhaussiedlung mit wenig Autoverkehr und schönen Gärten. Zwei Pizzerien sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Im Haus ist genug Platz für 4 Personen und es ist alles Notwendiges vorhanden. Es gibt eine schöne Terrasse mit Blick in den Garten und Außendusche. Im September ist es sehr ruhig.

Alles sehr schön,gut ausgestattet,sauber. Ein superschönes Bad! Die Müllsituation ist auf Sardinien speziell und damit waren wir etwas überfordert, bzw. wurden wir vor Ort schlecht aufgeklärt, so dass wir unseren Müll einmal quer über die Insel zu einer öffentlichen Entsorgungsstelle bringen mussten. Also bitte Tüten oder Kisten ausreichend zur Verfügung stellen und den Gästen zeigen. Auch war Musik aus einer benachbarten Anlage bis 24 Uhr laut zu hören.der Rest der Nacht aber sehr ruhig!
