Zeer fijn vakantiehuis in kleinschalig park San Pietro a Mare vlak bij Valledoria. Het vakantiehuis ligt op 350 meter van het strand.

Wieder einmal ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt Absoluter Pluspunkt: zu Fuß in 5 Minuten am weitläufigen Sandstrand Ausstattung ist für ein Ferienhaus ausreichend, ein Gasgrill und ein paar Liegestühle für den Garten würden das Haus aufwerten, denn auf dem Grundstück ist viel Platz um sich aufzuhalten. Die kleine Doppelhaushälfte liegt nur fußläufig vom sehr schönen Sandstrand entfernt. Sie war sauber & ist einfach aber ausreichend eingerichtet. Im Gegensatz zu den Nachbarhäusern ist die Außenanlage nicht fertiggestellt worden, daher ist kein Rasen vorhanden. Im Inneren des Hauses riecht es feucht und muffelig, obwohl wir dauergelüftet hatten. Es sind an den Wänden überall Schimmelflecken zu erkennen, die wohl überstrichen wurden. Von einem benachbarten Hotel dröhnt abends Animationsmusik.
