Closely located to two lifts, super Morzine and Du Pleney, both easy walking distance. Lots of bars and restaurants close by, recommend to book in advance on a weekend for nice food choices.
Because of central location apartment is noisy on a evening especially on the weekend.

Great Location between both ski lifts. 5 min walk to both. Good size.
Top of the house. Dreadful WiFi. There is a lift but still stairs at top. Lightning inside building dreadful and dangerous. 8 days and only one set of towels. No freezer which is poor for the money.

The location is perfect for skiing in Morzine or Avoriaz, being close to both Pleney and super Morzine lift and all the restaurants for the evening
You have to collect the keys from an estate agent about 500m away from the property. If it was raining you and your luggage will get very wet!
