Location is fantastic. It's a little loud from the restaurant below but quite manageable. It's up several flights of stairs. The person in the flat below smokes like a chimney and the smell comes up. The bedrooms are well sized, lots of storage and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are too warm even without heating g on. The bathroom is OK but the loo needs an extractor fan. The hot water takes forever to come through. The kitchen is poor; badly laid out, poorly equipped. I wouldn't want to cook here. Overall it's tired and needs some love but it's adequate for our needs.
