Townhouse with AC in Callao Salvaje, Sonia, CS148

The agent met us at house right on time & was very friendly. Showed me around the property, asked if I had any questions & how to contact her if needed. House was very clean & homily. We got settled in very quickly. Everything we needed was available to us, plenty of room for a family of four. Roof top terrace was a great space, the views are lovely. Pool area was clean & tidy. Will be booking again in the near future. Thank you for a great stay

No dislikes about the house. Only thing was, there is plenty of steep hills walking back to house from the local shops & restaurants.

Terrible access to the keys. Kept waiting outside complex for over an hour and unable to get in until a resident opened the gate. Then found the agents inside the Town House. They should have been waiting outside. No phone answers from local agents while waiting inspite of supposed 24 hour availability. Then issues about payment which were solved after much unsatisfactory discussion. I had confirmation of payment before leaving home and local agent denied all knowledge. Strongly recommend changing local agency. No follow-up from agents during our stay.

Good location in a quiet Residence with its own pool. Easy to park outside. Really enjoyed the roof terrace. Good shower. beds were comfortable. Had everything we wanted. We ate there most nights.

A bit tired. Patchy TV reception for the UK channels. The dishwasher soap dispenser catch was broken, so not sure at what part of the cycle the soap sachet started work. Bedding a bit random. There were only two of us, four would be OK but think about six.
