The hotel is in a very shady area, ghetto! Lots of bums hanging out at night with 2 bars going all night. Ask for an inside room without windows because the noise is very bad if you get a room with windows. You can hear the traffic and all the noise from the bar. The location is excellent for local transport and the hotel loans a transit card that you have to load money on. The staff is excellent, helpful and friendly. One staff walked me to the bus stop to show me where it was. 15 minutes by bus to the Historical centre. The room is clean as well as all the areas. Low water pressure in the shower and no hot water. The water temperature was tolerable...not too cold. Lots of shopping in the area. The restaurant serves food and the breakfast was great...a full meal accompanied by fresh juice, hot beverage, fresh fruits. TV is only in Spanish. AC works great. Room is cleaned spotlessly every day. Ask staff to call you a taxi for the airport, it is much cheaper than Uber. The manager took my bag downstairs to the taxi and gave me a hug. Great value for the money, great location, great staff, good food, clean all over.

I didn’t spend much time in the hotel since I was taking in the sites, but on the time that I was there the better comfortable plenty of pillows thick warm, blanket everything nice and clean only thing I wish they had was hot water. They’ve got room temperature water, which means it’s not cold, but it’s not hot either.
