About this apartment rental
Apartment completely renovated, located inside the Residence Albarè-Solaria, consisting of a living room with sofa bed (2 places), kitchenette (with oven, American coffee machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, water cooler), bedroom with wardrobe large and double bed (visually separable from the living room) and bathroom with shower, private parking space and ski locker at the start of the gondola and Wi-Fi. The complex is located directly on the ski slopes and immersed in the green while providing various services. Within the residence there are: market, restaurant, tobacconist, tobacconist, sports shop, Wi-Fi lounge, games room, coin laundry, indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, volleyball, gym and table tennis. Recently, a spa, movie theater and a ice skating rink were also opened during the winter. Nearby there are restaurants, markets, bars and beauticians. Marilleva is connected sci-fially to Folgarida, Madonna di Campiglio and Pinzolo (150 km of perfectly snow-covered slopes), but other nearby ski resorts are Pejo and Passo del Tonale. Between the Brenta Dolomites and the Stelvio Park, in the summer the Val di Sole shows all its beauty to be explored along paths suitable for all ages and cycle paths. Along the Noce River you will experience the adventure of rafting, idrospeed, cayak and canioning. The high altitude concerts taking place in July and August are also suggestive in the context of the Dolomite Sound Festival, with different locations in this Alpine setting. Come !!!!
