Wonderful location. Very quiet and peaceful, yet only a 3 minute drive to town. We enjoyed the balcony and the beautiful sunsets.

Little extras would be nice such as extra pillows , kitchen towels, and an extra roll of toilet paper. I understand that toiletries were not provided, but all of our previous bookings included these. We had to buy all of these things and traveling with them just adds a lot of bulk. That being said, we would definitely book here again, we would just be better prepared.

great views, as its above the town, views of olive groves, sea, hills. 10 min walk into town if you invent your way through olive groves (no marked path). I loved walking through the olive groves, but we were on a walking holiday, not a beach holiday. Our appt had windows on 3 sides so could change where to sit depending on the sun. No mosquitoes.

Some traffic noise as its on a hill, the main drag out of town, but didn't keep me awake or wake me up. Kitchen could do with more utensils, e.g. a chopping board, a sharper knife for cutting tomatoes. Generally quiet, in the evening the Greek owners in the basement were sometimes quiet chatty with each other, but not for long, and it is Greece. Apart from that no bar or other noise, its on its own on the hillside.

Quiet and closed to the center. 5 minutes driving to Kardamyli center and to a beach. Very well curated and super clean. Felt like at home. Kitchen well furnished if you want to cook your dinner. Nice balcony to dry your cloths. Free parking. Stoupa beach and Foneas beach 10-15 mins max driving.

The water of the shower is a big problem. While everything else was perfect, this problem really spoilt it. Not possible to have a fresh/cold/mild shower because it was completing boiling as if it was from a kettle. We were informed that the water comes from the village and with hot external temperatures it’s not easy to have cold water. I can understand that but if you are welcoming guests and asking for a price you need to give a service. I cannot imagine if there was an infant. Also the staff was not empathetic at all. I felt like she was busy with other duties and wanted to run away after the keys were given.
