Το μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα είναι η χαμηλή τιμή του καθώς και τα εξής: Η θέση του για εξερεύνηση της Μάνης, η επαφή με τη φύση και η ευγένεια της διαχειρίστριας. Επίσης, ενώ δεν περιλαμβάνεται πρωινό, η κ. Ελένη έχει αφήσει αρκετά για ένα βασικό πρωινό, φρυγανιές, κρουασάν, καφέ και χυμό, οπότε ακόμη και να έρθεις χωρίς προμήθειες, μια χαρά θα είσαι το πρωί.
Το μεγάλο μειονέκτημα είναι ότι δεν αερίζεται το μπάνιο κι επειδή δεν έχει χωριστή ντουζιέρα, τα νερά μένουν σε όλο το πάτωμα κι εφόσον δεν αερίζεται, έχει μόνιμη μυρωδιά μούχλας και δυσωδίας. Δεν αντέχεται για πολλές μέρες. Αν δεν υπήρχε αυτό το πρόβλημα, άνετα του έβαζα 10!

It was cheap.
There were house appliances to use.
The owner had us some marmalade, mini croissants, grounded coffee etc as a welcome.
In the bathroom, there is no separate shower and the water didn't drain well enough so the floor was really wet after each use. So much we had to mop it.
The front door would open by itself unless we locked it.
The location is not ideal but we already knew that when we booked it.
