Monolocale molto grazioso e silenziosissimo, posizione ideale vicino al mare e al centro del paese.
Molta umidità, anche se presente condizionatore con deumidificatore

Πολύ όμορφο και παραδοσιακό , πολύ δροσερό δωμάτιο και πολύ καθαρό ! Πολύ ευγενική η οικοδεσπότης, αρκετά προσβάσιμο σε Κοντινή παραλία , περίπου 10 λεπτά περπάτημα , αλλά αρκετά μακριά ( με τα πόδια ) από το πρώτο σούπερ μάρκετ και το κύριο χωριό τον Αγ. Νικόλαο ! Διαθέτει πολύ Μεγάλο χώρο στάθμευσης , με αρκετα σημεία σκιάς ! Σε γενικές γραμμές είναι άψογο ! Το συνιστώ με κλειστά μάτια !
Ισως χρήζει μιας μικρής ανακαίνισης σε μπάνιο και κουζίνα , καθώς το μπάνιο ειδικά είναι αρκετά μικρό .

La posizione è comoda. Ampio parcheggio davanti a casa. Il terrazzino all’esterno.
La doccia con la tenda e il bagno molto piccolo. La dotazione della cucina è davvero misera.

Cette grande maison est belle d’extérieur mais quand on est situé en rdc, on donne sur un terrain vague qui fait office de parking, avec les autres locataires qui empruntent la minuscule terrasse.
-gros problème général d’odeurs de moisissures et/ou salpêtre des murs, partout et surtout dans l’espace cuisine, -cuisine hors d’âge (plaques de cuisson), -équipement très très limité et ancien (1 seul mug, vieilles cafetières sales…), -décorations inutiles qui prennent la poussière, - rapport qualité / prix défavorable
