Beautiful apartment, very spacious room, spotlessly clean and excellent breakfast.
Very close to a good supermarket bus route and train station.
Etruscan ruins just down the road.
It would have been even better if we had been able to use the fridge to store some of our personal food and water.  in fact this would be a unbeatable facility if there was a larger fridge and maybe the ability to use the kitchen.
