Le Petit Saunier, restauré avec passion et connaissance par Jean-Louis Boudant et sa famille, est une petite maison en pierre, complètement equipé par des meubles anciens et des appareils ménagers modernes, avec son jardin tranquille et éxotique est un trésor près de la Baie du Mont Saint Michel. Tout près de la Chauvinière il y a tout ce qu´on désire: des plages longues et blanches, des sentiers à balades ou à vélo; des Restaurants typiques, des Epiceries et supermarchés pas trop loins,
Mais ce qui est surtout remarquable c`est l´acceuil chaleureux et amicale par Jean-Louis Boudant, le proprietaire, qui faisait tout de suite qu`on se sentait bien, comme à la maison, mais en vacances!

Charmante petite maison dans un écrin de verdure ou nous avons passés un agréable séjour proche de la baie.
le propriétaire très sympathique est toujours disponible.
nous recommandons aux amoureux de la nature ce gîte dans ce cadre idyllique et calme.

Accueil sympathique et très bel endroit. Une région magnifique à découvrir. Un parc superbe dans lequel on a plaisir à déjeuner. Quelques réserves toutefois sur la location "la boulangerie", certes rustique et bien restaurée, mais plutôt étriquée, même pour un couple. Au final, habitation équipée mais assez peu fonctionnelle (manque de rangements, de salle d'eau indépendante, d'espace...). Malgré tout, ces restrictions sur le confort ne nous ont pas empêchés d'apprécier ce séjour.
