The place is kept really clean, with toilets and showers on each level - super convenient! central located, it has a great view of the mountain, which is a lovely bonus

Management acknowledged that they should have cleaned the room early and notified us when it was ready. However, we found that the room was cleaned by midday, but we weren't informed until 3:50 pm. Given that we had young children and a pregnant woman with us, an early check-in would have been greatly appreciated, allowing us to settle in rather than waiting at the cafe all day. Considering we're paying a significant amount for our stay, it's disappointing that the room wasn't ready until late in the afternoon. Would it be possible to aim for a 2 pm check-in time? This would make a big difference to our overall experience.

The view and fit and finish on everything was fantastic The drying cupboard and gear donning room were excellent and put it above other places Kitchen space and facilities were good

The bedroom windows were not able to be opened upstairs and the rooms could get too warm The dish washing detergent supply was a bit low

The place is very spacious and very warm. Lots of heating. Place to hang your ski gear to dry

The floor on second floor is a bit squeaky, and a bit noisy from next door.
