Clean and comfortable

No tv or internet. Was no heating on when arrived so it was freezing. Arrived in the dark, no house number or cottage numbers visible, had to use phone torch around properties to find it.

We arrived at night, and it was difficult to see which unit (3) ours was. We're first timers, so I wasn't sure if unit 3 was a different building, or just a different part of the same building. It took me a few minutes to find it.

Up stairs bed wasn't all that comfortable. I found it OK, but the wife was uncomfortable. The stairs are very steep. My wife was wearing socks on the way down and slipped and fell about 3-4 stairs - fortunately landing on her feet. There really should be some kind of non-slip covering on the front edges of the stairs. The landing on the external access stairs broke when we were leaving as well. Not a major issue, just something we had to watch out for. We let the landlord know so, I assume these would be fixed before anyone else stayed.

The stairs were difficult with children. Unsafe.

Could have been better, if we find basic pantry items like salt ,oil, silver foil.
