Was comfortable enough. And closed to Mount Hotham . Place was affordable. Dinner Plain village is nice as well.
Outdated in need of repairs.

Super cosy house. Lots of beds.
I did miss a bath, although there was a shower bath for the kids so that was good. I wish there was a better storage for toboggans and skis etc.

Very accommodating to large group. Close to ski fields. Over all tidy.
Little correspondence with staff regarding check in time,as they had asked the day prior what time we plan to arrive.. 1pm. Property wasn't ready until 4.30pm... (official check in time is 4pm but no response to my text message asking wgat time it would be ready) .. a few areas need more attention to cleaning. We found faeces on the lower toilet floor!! Showe had so much mould it was disgusting!! Fyi.. public showers are cleaner!!! Lastly the dryer doesn't work.
