Shop 4 km, grocery 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bar 4 km, bus stop "Lavandou Gare Routière" 7 km, shingle beach "Gaout Bénat" 2.5 km. Tennis 2.5 km. Nearby attractions: Saint Tropez 44 km, Magic World 30 km, Parc Olbius Riquier 26 km, Le Jardin des Méditerranées 22 km. Hiking paths: Sentiers du Littoral. Please note: car recommended. Très belle location dans un endroit de rêve

Le domaine où est situé la maison est un endroit très privilégié et calme avec accès à la plage qui est vraiment agréable. La maison dispose d’une terrasse parfaite en cas de forte chaleur car elle est ombragée et de belle superficie avec une vue splendide. La maison quant à elle est très agréable pour 3 personnes mais les équipements sont malgré tout un peu vétustes. En cas de forte chaleur, il est très difficile de faire des courants d’air.

Tolles Häuschen mit schöner Terrasse und Meerblick. Das Interieur und Mobiliar ist zwar nicht top gepflegt, aber der Blick und die Umgebung entschädigen dafür. Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Abfluss in der Küche. Dies wurde nach Rücksprache umgehend behoben. Die anderen Kleinigkeiten haben jetzt nicht direkt gestört, wären aber sehr einfach zu beheben...

La vue et le calme sont là mais l'appartement doit être rafraîchi (peintures, sols, équipements) et nous a été livré nettoyé de manière très sommaire (poussière partout, vitres sales). Nous avons dû dépoussiérer tous les dessus de meubles et nettoyer les sols.
