Isolated from the city (Bormes-les-mimosas at 8km) and located outside the hamlet of Cabasson this house will offer you peace and serenity.

The house consists of a garden, a bright living room, a large terrace of 50m2 with a barbecue, an independent fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds and 2 bunk beds for children ), a bathroom and separate toilet as well as a laundry room and plenty of storage. The sofa in the living room turns into 1 double bed.
The villa is equipped with all modern comforts (see details below).

You will be able to visit the fort of Brégançon open to the public recently as well as the Var region and its typical villages such as Bormes-les) mimosas, Cogolin, Ramatuelle, Saint-Tropez, Port Grimaud, Porquerolles, Giens and many others.
The wine estates and their castle are easily accessible, in particular the Chateau de Brégançon.
The beach is accessible at 200m and the route is protected for pedestrians.
