About this apartment rental
First sea line, 100 meters from the beach, beautiful apartment in the best area of Puerto del Carmen, in one of the first complex of apartments that existed in this tourist town and therefore of Lanzarote. This means that it is located in the area with the best climate and beaches on the island.
Although the apartment dates back to the seventies, and has just been completely remodeled, it retains all the charm of the buildings of Lanzarote, of the time and is fully equipped with the demands of today. It has air conditioning and heating, dishwasher, washing machine, flat TV, DVD, pressure coffee machine, microwave, oven, etc.
It has magnificent views of the sea and access to the beach less than 100 meters without having to go outside, directly from the gardens of the urbanization. At the same time you go to the promenade that connects with the town, the port and the entire coast.

perfectly clean, close to the ocean. We enjoyed our holiday and would reccommand the appartment. Also Jose is a great host and easy to contact if there is any need to.

We stayed 9 nights at this property and had a lovely winter sun break there. The property is perfectly located beside the beach and in between the old town and new town of Puerto del Carmen. The property is perfect for two people and very well equipped with all you might need. Our host was excellent and we had no problem finding it. Only point of note would be to upgrade the chairs on the balcony. Otherwise I would highly recommend it.
