Exceptional

The apartment is extremely comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. Landlady kindness and availability. We were allowed a late check out on Sunday.

Noise from the traffic on the main road can be annoying at times. However, we slept just fine.

Enjoyed our stay!

The place was really cosy, well decorated and clean, with nice house accessories (linen, kitchen utensils, etc.). The location is perfect for visiting all the resorts closeby, in case you chose to visit more resorts than Kitz.

The road in front of the property is a bit busy to drive in, but the noise isn't that annoying, as the windows when they are closed isolate the noise outside. There should be one more closet or a stand for clothes in the second room.

Sonnendurchflutete und tolle Wohnung mit üppiger Dachterrasse

Eine wirklich sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Alles vermittelt einen gemütlichen Flair. Der großzügige Wohn- und Essbereich ist offen gestaltet und bietet Raum für einen gemütlichen Ausklang des Tages. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Betten sind gemütlich, das Badezimmer ist mit Badewanne und Dusche modern und groß. Nach Kitzbühel sind es mit dem Auto ca. 7 Minuten. Die Vermieterin hat alles bestens organisiert, war super nett und unkompliziert. Danke!

Die Straße vor dem Haus ist etwas lauter als ich es gewohnt bin.

Wochenende mit Familie zum Skifahren verbracht

Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Haus, sehr großes Wohnzimmer, Gastgeber hat sich erkundigt ob alles gut ist. Der Gastgeber hat sich ebenfalls sogar am Sonntag gekümmert als wir uns kurz ausgeschlossen hatten. Alles in allem sehr gut und hilfsbereit. Sehr sauber.

Schöne Woche verbracht, alles im Ganzen stimmig.

Sehr geräumig, wohnlich eingerichtet, mit Herz gestaltet, schöne Aussicht, tolle Dachterrasse, Parkmöglichkeiten, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe, sehr freundlicher Kontakt. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber❤️

Ein paar Anregungen, nicht als nicht gefallen zu verstehen: Teilweise etwas verwohnt= Couch, Gefrierfach defekter Griff, aber konnte man zu machen, vielleicht Halterung Klohpapier, reicht auch als Ständer aus, paar mehr Kaffeelöffel nur 3 und paar mehr Kleiderbügel in beiden Zimmern. Auch zum später Lüften.

Lækker stue og spiseområde.

Der manglede "ski-faciliteter" - specielt muligheder for at tørre ski, støvler, handsker osv. Ikke mange muligheder for at hænge tøj op Ikke nemt at komme til transport til lifterne. Bus gik på anden side af floden.
