Розташування в центрі, недалеко від ст. м. Печерська, пішки до метро 5-6 хвилин. Зручна транспортна розв'язка. Велика ванна кімната. Гарний вид на місто.
Квартира знаходиться на 10 поверсі, що не вказано в описі. Дуже жвава дорого прямо під вікнами. Квартира погано прибрана, ванна брудна, відчутний запах сигарет. Кухні можна сказати, що немає: це клаптик з метр довжиною, де є мийка та маленька електрична панель. Холодильник маленький. З посуду є: дві чашки, дві ложки та одна виделка, багато тарілок.
