Everything was great as usual. And the staff was more than helpful in relocating me when an issue occurred.

But one hickup. As it turns out some of the apartments have shared washing machine, which I was not anticipating. And was broken that day, while I needed it. My 2cents is that shared electronics need to be written in the apartments description.

Friendly management, very good location of the apartment and comfortable and clean bed. Unbelievable, but true, it turns out that this company works at a high level, I am writing this postscript because an employee of this company contacted me a few days after my stay and due to the fact that I was not satisfied with objective factors when I was in these apartments The company refunded me the cost of living. this is a pleasant fact that surprised me, speaks of the solidity of this company. since I have used their apartments before, which were quite good, I decided to change this review in order to be objective in my assessments.

Unfortunately, despite the advantages of this housing, there were too many disadvantages that spoil the whole impression ... the first and most important thing ---- is that when you turn on the hot water, you hear a strong noise of the pump that supplies water and this noise is constant , that is, in the evening it will be uncomfortable for you and your neighbors ... the noise is strong, and the sound insulation in the apartment is very poor ... the washing machine is not in the apartment, but in the corridor and is designed for sharing by several apartments ... you need to get the keys to the apartment in the office of the company, it is not far away, but it is inconvenient... the apartment has a lot of dust and a dirty floor...
