Great value for money!

Great value for money and amazing staff. They were so helpful, giving us tips on where to go, what to visit, etc. Great location. Recommend!

The bed could be more comfortable (I would suggest replacing the sofa bed with an actual bed or at least putting a firmer mattress).

clean and tidy. close to town if you like a walk.

The Wifi did not work at all and there was no one all weekend to discuss this with. By the time they arrived we were leaving. I had some work to do would have liked to have had the WIFI we paid for to achieve this.

Pratique et confortable il y a tout ce qu’il faut. L’entrée est libre sans accueil mais bien expliqué aucun problème.

Pas très propre au niveau des équipements.. la télécommande colle, la poubelle de la salle de bain pas vide, le micro ondes pas très propre non plus.

Terwijl het buiten heel warm was, bijna 40° was er niets ter beschikking om verkoeling te bidden. Een ventilator of airco was zeker aan te bevelen, maar deze was niet aanwezig.

Pratique et simplicité pour la procédure de prise du logement,tout était propre en général surtout les couloirs, ascenseur, entrée parfait.

Pas d'interlocuteur ou contact pour échanger ensemble ! Petit Couac sur la propreté : Poussières assez importantes sous le lit.le plus gros soucis : Pommeau de douche HS et pas du tout de pression de l'eau pour se doucher correctement.A ce prix ce n'est pas acceptable à mon sens.Bien Dommage

Pesadilla en Dijon

Nada. En este alojamiento recibí un pésimo trato.

Cuando llegué al alojamiento, la persiana no funcionaba (la habitación no tenía aire acondicionado y hacía mucho calor). Le pedí a la encargada del alojamiento si podía resolver el problema, a lo que ella comenzó a tratarme muy mal y me dijo directamente: o te quedas o te vas. Le pedí que me diera otra opción ya que la habitación estaba por sobre los 40 grados. Finalmente me ubicó en otra habitación, aunque me trató muy mal. Incluso golpeó la puerta muy fuerte antes de irse. Es la primera vez que recibo un trato tan malo con un alojamiento. Me sentí muy vulnerado y vulnerable.

Das Haus wäre im Prinzip in Ordnung, auch die Umgebung. Man ist mit dem Bus schnell im Zentrum. Das Bett ist gut. Nur leider waren diverse Dinge defekt: Dusche ist nicht abgelaufen, Duschkopf hat in alle Richtungen gespritzt, viel dreckiges Geschirr, Kühlschrank, Bratpfanne jenseits von noch brauchbar, dreckige Schublade, kein Geschirrtuch usw. Es wird nicht gut kontrolliert und geputzt. Deshalb ein sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Es war Pfingsten und niemand an der Rezeption, obwohl ich vor 17 Uhr da war. Als ich dann am Pfingstmontag beim Checkout auf den Zustand hinwies war die Antwort, dass man sich kümmern würde. Das Mindeste, wäre eine Entschuldigung gewesen! Ich habe mir als Beleg den Zustand fotografiert. Dann habe ich auch nicht kurzfristig gebucht, man hätte leicht Zeit gehabt, das Zimmer in Ordnung zu bringen.

Der dreckige Zustand und eine nicht funktionierende Dusche! Schlechtes Management des Hauses.

Serviettes sales, couverts sales, vis à vis très important (rez-de-chaussée donnant sur la rue), télé minuscule, lit 1 place pas confortable, PAS DE CLIMATISATION OU DE VENTILATEUR, personnel absent, Wifi accessible difficilement (il faut que vous alliez vous même voir le code sur le routeur sous la table).
